Qualifications for Use

You affirm and guarantee that you are at least 16 years old. If you are younger than 16, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Services for any reason. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny the Services to any individual or organization and to modify our eligibility requirements at any time. If you are registering for Podia on behalf of an entity or another person, you affirm and guarantee that you possess the necessary authority to commit that entity to these Terms of Service.

Membership Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

No Reimbursement: If a user purchases a one-year membership and subsequently deletes their account during this period, no reimbursement will be provided for the remaining duration of the membership.

Access Termination: Upon account deletion, the user will lose all access to the website and its associated features and benefits, effective immediately.

Non-Refundable: The membership fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once the account is deleted. If you wish to request a refund, please do not delete your account. Your first step should be to contact our support team.

Account Creation

To access the Services, you are required to create an account (referred to as an Account). You must ensure that the information you provide is both accurate and complete, and you must keep your Account details up-to-date.
